At Carebasket, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

A product is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • The return request is raised within the specified return timeframe

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 30 DAYS of receiving the product.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within [24 hours] of delivery.

Kindly share clear photos or an unboxing video along with your order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within [7–10 BUSINESS DAYS] after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


5. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Exchanges can only be requested within the return timeframe mentioned above.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Gift cards or promotional items


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by Carebasket

  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
